Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations up to retail, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through inspections and maintenance.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and staffing.
