Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year+ in customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities and provide proactive customer management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize lease utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Oversee costs and maintenance overheads while ensuring policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure PM scheduling, follow-up, and vehicle status updates; assist in technician planning.
