Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Rental Management Trainee for an 18–24 month program in Bridgeton, MO. You will gain general Rental Management training and work on Finance, Operations, HR and Sales/Marketing projects, supporting location and regional management.

The role touches every aspect of the business unit, with duties ranging from sales processing to data maintenance and lead generation. A strong work ethic and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Handle sales and inbound/outbound call process.
• Maintain marketing data in the company database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Ensure rental asset processes,Vehicle PM and cleanliness.
• Support sales/marketing initiatives to grow market share.
