DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee warehouse operations, lead a diverse team, and drive efficiency and safety. You will develop workflows, manage labor plans, and partner with HR to hire Supervisors.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams to exceed delivery expectations. The position supports a national salary range with opportunities across multiple facilities in the US and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and guidance.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes and best practices.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and promote safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics to support decisions.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligning with values and needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain strong partnerships with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
