Job summary
Elevate Patient Financial Solutions oversees the Southern Region as the Operations Manager II for Referral Management & Analytics. You will lead staffing, referral coordination and analytics teams in a high-volume physician-referral environment, focusing on data-driven growth and retention strategies.
The role requires deep experience with physician relationships, EMR systems and reporting frameworks to translate data into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience supervising at least five staff
- Hospital revenue cycle experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with high service orientation
- Familiarity with HIPAA, ACA and EMTALA regulations
- Experience with EMR/ordering systems and data analytics desired
- Ability to manage remote/hybrid teams and client relationships
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of staff and client needs
- Direct staff, schedule work, and refine procedures
- Monitor performance and provide recognition and feedback
- Resolve personnel issues and document them to leadership
- Support monthly analytics on certification performance and trends
- Ensure regulatory compliance in billing and documentation
- Build relationships with clients and county agencies
- Collaborate with Client Services to address concerns promptly
