Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Referral Management & Analytics team and oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance. You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, and build client relationships in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires 2+ years of supervision experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with healthcare IT systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees.
• 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing.
• Strong computer knowledge, especially Excel; Epic experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HCA/Parallon IT systems preferred.
• High volume call center experience is preferred.
• Excellent people skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Remote and hybrid positions require internet connectivity that meet company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees; assign work, develop work schedules, instruct procedures.
• Manage employee performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff has adequate information and training opportunities.
• Run reports and maintain data integrity.
• Monitor billing procedures and documentation; conduct audits; maintain files.
