Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager II for the Referral Management & Analytics Service Line to oversee the Pacific Northwest region. The role requires residency in Mountain or Pacific time zones and hands-on leadership of referral coordination and analytics teams.

You will drive data-informed strategies, manage client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with IT/HR to optimize workflows across EMR systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in high-volume, physician-referral-driven healthcare.
• Manages staff and client portfolios; develops and revises department processes/procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; high service orientation and analytical ability.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and EMTALA regulations; knowledge of hospital revenue cycle systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations of staff and client needs.
• Manage and orient staff; assign work, develop schedules, instruct in procedures; assist with process improvements.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Address personnel issues in a timely manner.
• Develop relationships with clients and county agencies.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient/provider communications.
