Job summary

Pediatrica in Florida is seeking a Referral Manager to oversee all referral operations across regional offices. This full-time, in-person role reports to operations leadership and collaborates with providers, specialists, and staff to ensure timely, accurate patient referrals and authorization management.

You will lead the LeadingReach platform implementation, optimize referral workflows, monitor metrics, and improve access to specialty care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with referral management systems and EHR; LeadingReach familiarity preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in healthcare/referral operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Florida regional referral operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise Regional Referral Coordinators and provide coaching.
• Lead LeadingReach implementation and ongoing optimization of referral workflows.
• Manage pediatric prior authorizations and payer guidelines.
• Track metrics, ensure HIPAA compliance, and report on performance.
