Job summary

Avid Health at Home is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across branch offices in New Hanover (Wilmington) and Brunswick (Supply) counties. The role requires daily presence in one office with routine travel to the other, and starts immediately.

The OM will manage staff productivity, budgeting, and growth strategies while upholding core values of accessible, quality, and innovative in-home care for clients and payers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations across interdepartmental functions.
• Supervise administrative and field staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure efficient day-to-day operations and budgeting.
• Develop and monitor branch performance metrics and revenue growth strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management on budgets and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as liaison with payers and contracts to optimize billing and compliance.
