Job summary

Avid Health at Home is seeking an Operations Manager for its Fairview Heights Office to lead daily branch operations and supervise staff across departments. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving margins, and upholding the company’s commitment to accessible, high-quality in-home care.

The OM will partner with senior management to develop budgets, implement growth strategies, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards while maintaining an excellent employee

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for business purposes and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Joint Commission standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and staff across all functions.
• Supervise administrative and field employees, including hiring, training, evaluation, and termination.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor day-to-day operations for efficiency.
• Develop and manage annual budget for the branch and monitor expenditures.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth strategies and payer contracting.
