Avid Health at Home is seeking an Operations Manager for the Hickory, NC office. The role oversees branch daily operations, staff productivity, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

You will lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and budget management while collaborating with senior leadership on growth strategies and payer contracts. Experience in healthcare operations and compliance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage branch daily operations and supervise office staff across functions.
• Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and personnel decisions for the branch.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor key operational metrics.
• Develop and manage annual branch budget and adherence to it.
• Collaborate on growth strategies and payer contracting related to VBP.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
