Job summary

Avid Health at Home is hiring an Operations Manager for our Cincinnati, OH office that is set to open in Q4 of 2026. The role focuses on managing the branch’s daily operations, supervising staff, and driving revenue and margins in line with our values of access, value-based care, and innovation.

The OM reports to the COO/Regional Director and will lead budgeting, compliance, and program development to ensure high-quality care and efficient service delivery in the new location.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Travel may be required; valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage office operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch daily operations across interdepartmental functions.
• Supervise administrative and field employees’ productivity, recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation, and termination.
• Coordinate and oversee work and on-call schedules for branch employees.
• Plan, monitor key metrics for day-to-day operations and ensure timely task completion.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and payer contracting.
