Relay in London is hiring an Operations Manager, Operative Acquisition to own the operative funnel across our sortation sites: from attraction to qualification, training, activation and retention, with automation and reporting that keeps supply ahead of demand as volumes rise.

You’ll write SQL, ship automation, and partner with Live Operations, Product and Engineering to integrate the funnel into our systems.

Qualifications

• Experience running a high-volume hiring funnel for frontline workforce.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build dashboards from raw data.
• Familiar with paid acquisition and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Right to Work checks.
• Excellent written communication for processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operative funnel end to end from applicant attraction through qualification, training, activation and retention.
• Forecast applicant supply to meet site demand and direct spend where gaps exist.
• Improve Right to Work/KYC processes and reduce drop-off.
• Optimize training capacity and waitlists to keep sessions filled.
• Get new starters onto shift quickly and manage activation.
• Reduce cancellations and no-shows through better communications and policies.
• Own communications and compliance for waitlists, suspensions, and shift-booking.
• Build funnel reporting and alerts tracking volumes, conversion, time-to-hire by site.
