Metropolis is seeking a Contract Recruiter (Field Operations) to manage full-lifecycle talent acquisition for frontline, supervisory, and regional operations teams. You will partner with Field Operations Managers and People Operations to source, screen, and onboard essential talent for multi-site markets.

This role requires experience in high-volume, field, retail, hospitality, or multi-site hiring, and the ability to manage 15–25+ open requisitions while maintaining time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in field/retail/hospitality multi-site hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for field operations roles across multiple sites.
• Source, screen, and onboard talent for frontline, supervisory, and regional teams.
• Coordinate with field managers and People Operations to manage interview schedules and feedback.
