Physical Intelligence is seeking an Operations Recruiter to own the recruiting funnel from candidate generation through screening in San Francisco. Qualifications

• Experience recruiting hourly or high-volume roles such as operations, warehouse, retail, hospitality, manufacturing.
• Ability to screen a large number of candidates weekly and maintain a consistent bar.
• Experience building local candidate pipelines through community orgs, schools, events, and partnerships.
• Comfort tracking funnel metrics and adjusting sourcing based on data.

Responsibilities

• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for Robot Operator and related operations roles.
• Conduct initial screens for high-volume operations candidates and evaluate for reliability, communication, attention to detail, availability, motivation, and fit.
• Hit weekly hiring targets and maintain visibility into volume, trials, conversions, and starts.
• Provide a clear, warm candidate experience and timely communication throughout hiring process.
• Build partnerships with organizations to source candidates and understand hiring needs.
• Improve recruitment processes to be simple, repeatable, and scalable; automate where possible.
