Cinergy Entertainment is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Team Members in daily operations across theatres, games, concession, and bar. You will monitor performance, uphold policies, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The role requires 2+ years of managerial hospitality experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS). This is a on-site position offering benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top hourly talent.
• Proficient in addressing guest concerns.
• High level of business acumen and common sense.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS).
• The minimum age requirement for this role is 21.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
