Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in management.
• Basic understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L).

• Drive customer and employee retention and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Lead staffing, hiring, and payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set vision and goals; monitor performance via dashboards.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations and CI for growth and safety.
• Deliver training with Operations Trainers and leadership.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional development.
