Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC in Toledo, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our service center operations. You will drive staffing, payroll, and performance to deliver high customer and employee retention while meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities include balancing labor utilization with production, directing hiring, collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager and Training teams, and delivering safe, efficient service. A 3+ year management background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of management experience or a Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• A valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to manage payroll and staffing for service professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiencies.
• Direct all hiring activities to staff the service center while coordinating with recruiting lead.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals, Lead Service Professionals, and Supervisors.
• Set vision and expectations for the work group and monitor KPI progress.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement to ensure safe, efficient service.
