Job summary

Aptive Pest Control in Toledo, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the service center, drive customer and employee retention, and optimize EBITDA.

You will supervise labor, manage payroll, oversee inventory and fleet, and collaborate with regional operations to deliver safe, high-quality services. A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of management experience is expected, along with a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience or a related bachelor's degree.
• Valid US driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record; drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct all hiring activities with the recruiting lead to ensure proper staffing.
• Payroll management for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group; drive KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement to ensure safe, efficient delivery of services.
• Deliver progress reports and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a learning culture and growth for all staff.
