Aptive Pest Control invites an Operations Manager to join our team in the Green Bay, WI area. This full-time role oversees labor, payroll, staffing, and driving improved EBITDA for the service center while maintaining high service standards.

The position offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year, a performance bonus, a company vehicle, gas card, iPhone, and a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in management or supervisory roles with P&L understanding.
• US driver’s license valid 3+ years; clean record.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers and employees while improving service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor with production to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory and fleet for the service center.
• Direct hiring and payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set vision and expectations for the work group; exceed KPI targets.
• Collaborate with regional ops and CI for safe, quality service delivery.
