Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Charleston, SC area. This full-time role focuses on leading service center operations, driving efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service with a proactive, growth-oriented team.

The position includes a company vehicle, iPhone, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in management or a business-related degree, with a solid understanding of P&L and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in management and/or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiencies.
• Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities to ensure proper staffing and communication with recruiting lead.
• Payroll management for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group.
• Achieve high operational efficiency and effective labor management.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement for growth and delivery of services.
• Deliver excellent customer service to potential and existing customers.
