Job summary

SILON US is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the primary operational link across Sales, Production, Operations, Logistics, and other departments. You will lead the Operations team, coordinate daily priorities, and ensure orders are entered, planned, scheduled, prepared, shipped, and finalized in the order-to-fulfillment process.

Responsibilities include directing the Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management functions, monitoring production planning, and providing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus, not required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in plant operations, preferably in plastics or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations team and coordinate daily departmental priorities.
• Ensure orders are entered, planned, scheduled, prepared, shipped, and administratively completed.
• Monitor production planning and scheduling to align orders with capacity and material availability.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, including stock levels and cycle counts.
• Provide regular performance and operational reporting to management.
