Qualifications

• Three years of warehouse experience with knowledge of receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Leadership experience with coaching and development of staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard warehousing procedures and policies.
• Ability to determine priorities and organize the workspace.

Responsibilities

• Determine production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Supervise operations personnel for productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations manager to plan daily activities.
• Ensure employees understand their duties before each shift.
• Review schedules and work orders to maximize performance.
• Set up operating lines at shift start for efficient labor use.
• Supervise safety and performance on each shift.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff for your shift.
• Maintain quality standards, policies, and work instructions.
• Provide a safe working environment in line with OSHA and company policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
