  • Ability to handle complex situations professionally using phone etiquette and multi-line systems.
  • Night audit procedures experience is highly desirable.

  • Monitor hotel operations during night shifts, including night audit processes to reconcile accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds, leveraging multilingual skills when applicable.
