Acrisure is seeking a Manager, Operations (Employee Benefits) in California (Costa Mesa) to lead operational strategies and drive client-focused outcomes. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure process discipline, and manage resources to deliver service excellence and growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and accountability, with a base compensation range of $100,000-$170,000 and on-site collaboration. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; industry licenses/certs may be required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in insurance, financial services, or related industry.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and growth by leading the team and delivering proactive, personalized service.
• Model a client-centric culture, recruit and develop staff, and ensure accountable performance.
• Manage resources, capacity planning, budgeting, and expense monitoring to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics; take corrective actions and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation; partner with stakeholders across functions.
