Job summary

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric seeks an operations leader to own the Denver operation. You will have real authority, visibility, and a direct line to the leadership team. Build the next chapter with accountability for revenue, margins, and customer experience.

You will lead Field Managers and Dispatch, drive annual goals and KPIs, and coach a team of professionals while partnering with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to optimize scheduling and handoffs.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive leadership in home services or related field-service business
• Track record of measurable results: growth, profitability, retention, customer satisfaction
• Strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution
• Comfort with data: extract insights, make calls, adjust fast
• High emotional intelligence; provide direct feedback with care
• Clear, confident communication with technicians, executives, and customers
• Strong organization and ability to juggle priorities
• Ownership and integrity with customers and team
• Proficiency with field-service management software (ServiceTitan, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for Denver operations: revenue, margin, productivity, customer experience
• Set and cascade annual revenue goals, KPIs, and incentive structures
• Lead, coach, and develop Field Managers, Dispatch, and a team of skilled professionals
• Equip managers to make sharp decisions from sales data and feedback
• Stay visible through ride-alongs and job-site visits to maintain standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Finance to improve scheduling and handoffs
• Ensure Marketing ROI through efficient, profitable growth in Denver
• Support vendor discussions and negotiations
• Recruit, retain, and develop top performers and build a proud culture
