American Leak Detection of Colorado is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our Denver and Colorado Springs operations. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and build a strong team in a fast-paced service business.

The role emphasizes operational discipline, customer service, and strategic growth, with autonomy reporting to ownership. This is a Denver-based on-site leadership position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a field-service or skilled-trades business.
• Strong understanding of business financials, including P&L, budgets, labor costs, profitability.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Denver and Colorado Springs.
• Ensure scheduling, dispatching, customer service, invoicing, and workflows run efficiently.
• Establish accountability for office personnel, field supervisors, and technicians.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
• Monitor work orders, technician reports, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with field leadership to maintain productivity and satisfaction.
