Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years PM/operations experience in construction.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering or similar preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for the Business Unit, provide oversight, direction and support to Project Managers and their teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for direct reports to foster growth.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement aligned with ELEVATE core values.
• Develop strategies for seamless cross-unit operations and overall company interests.
• Improve management reporting, information control, and business processes.
