Qualifications

• Licensed Michigan paramedic required; bachelor’s in business/EMS or related field, master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience; ability to recall 24 hours for emergencies.
• Strong verbal/written English, delegation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Education, Quality Assurance, Marketing & Branding, and Employee Engagement functions.
• Coach and mentor future leaders; build succession and engagement.
• Drive culture, accountability, and high employee engagement across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet financial and operational targets.
• Maintain excellent customer/patient relations and community engagement.

Education

Paramedic license (MI)

Bachelor’s degree in business/EMS/related field

Masters degree preferred

supervisory experience 3-5 years

Ability to recall 24/7 for emergencies

Effective communication in English (verbal & written)

Delegation and team leadership

NIMS ICS 100/200/700/800 certified

NIMS ISC 300/400 within 1 year

Valid Michigan driver's license
