Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in emergency medical services, healthcare management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in EMS or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Current EMT certification by the Tennessee Department of Public Health Office of Emergency Medical Services.
• Current CPR–Basic Life Support certification by the American Heart Association or American Safety and Health Institute.
• Current and active Motor Vehicle Operator’s license.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility and/or operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Partner with leaders to support safe, high‑quality behavioral health services.
• Monitor staffing needs, scheduling, attendance, productivity, and operational coverage.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to assigned team members.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure employees follow organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Support incident response, risk management, and corrective action initiatives.
• Collaborate with Human Resources regarding employee relations, performance management, and workforce needs.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, accountability, respect, and customer service.
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory surveys, audits, and compliance reviews.
