Aquent has partnered with a pioneering organization to hire an Operations Manager who will shape efficiency across high-volume global contracts and partner engagements. You will streamline contract processes, empower sales teams, and ensure data accuracy and timely deal closures.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and risk management, with a focus on scalable operations and compliant commercial terms across regions and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and applying commercial contract terms and pricing (rate cards, discounts, fees, term, renewal, termination).
• Proven ability to handle and resolve support cases or escalations for internal or external customers.
• Strong case handling skills, including managing a queue of cases to resolution and meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process standard and non-standard commercial agreements for internal review and approval.
• Act as a key resource for partner managers, clarifying requirements and preparing contracts for approval.
• Apply commercial terms and rate cards to agreements, developing pricing and fee scenarios with cross-functional input.
• Support sales teams with deal-related inquiries, explain approvals and discounts, and prepare deal requests for internal approval.
• Manage and resolve a queue of cases and escalations from account managers regarding deals and contracting, adhering to SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve partner inquiries about contracts, providing clear information to support teams.
• Meticulously track progress of cases, deals, and contracts with audit-ready data and flag potential risks to deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure continuous workflow.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
