Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with relevant contract management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CLM and contract review processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract management from drafting to execution.
• Ensure all contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Maintain contract repository with key dates, renewals, and expirations.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies in the workflow.
• Develop standard contract templates to reduce turnaround times.
• Implement automation to streamline contract tasks and approvals.
• Collaborate with Director of Business Development to redefine the Sales Contracting Playbook.
