Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts management experience in a fast-paced software/SaaS company.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours and coordinate across regions.
• Startup mentality with ability to build and scale new processes and playbooks.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted contracting tools and CLM platforms.
• Strong business judgment and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Contract Operations: manage the intake queue, triage requests, route agreements for signature.
• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, customer/vendor agreements, SOWs, amendments, and partner documents using AI tools.
• Drive AI-First Contracting: test, scale automated workflows, and maintain AI playbooks.
• Improve operations: built templates, manage CLM system, and maintain a transaction-ready contract repository.
• Advise teams on contractual interpretation and renewals; train users and streamline requests.
