This role requires strong contract terms interpretation, case handling, and collaboration across support and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in contract management, deal desk, sales operations, ad operations, or customer or partner support.
• Experience interpreting and applying commercial contract terms and pricing (rate cards, discounts, fees, term, renewal, termination).
• Proven ability to handle and resolve support cases or escalations for internal or external customers.
• Strong case handling skills with queue management and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process standard and non-standard commercial agreements.
• Act as a resource for partner managers, clarifying requirements and preparing contracts for approval.
• Apply commercial terms and rate cards to agreements and develop pricing scenarios with cross-functional teams.
• Support sales teams with deal-related inquiries and prepare deal requests for internal approval.
• Manage and resolve a queue of cases and escalations regarding deals, contracts, and contracting processes.
• Investigate and resolve partner inquiries about contracts and provide clear information to support teams.
