Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience supervising DSP staff preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with DHS/HCBS/CARF standards.
• On-call duties including evenings/weekends; potential remote work up to 20% with approval.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of up to 7 Community Living locations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professional staff.
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures; ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of facilities.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional remote work as approved.
