• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, employees, regulators, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and interdisciplinary team processes.

NCIA is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Operations – Community Living Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-site Community Living program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role oversees program operations, staffing, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, and service delivery to ensure safe, person-centered supports that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple Community Living sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing multi-site Community Living or similar human services programs.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience

Licenses/Certifications

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) credential required.
• Valid Maryland Driver's License with fewer than three (3) points and an acceptable driving record.
