Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilités

• Lead community outreach and champion company programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and uphold integrity and safety.
• Provide supervision, training, mentoring and recognition for hourly associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
• Drive store financial performance, review PL statements, and help manage expenses against sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues using the OBW model.
