Job summary

General Intuition in New York is seeking an Operations Manager to build the operational backbone of the company and Medal. You will own contract lifecycles, document management, and support teams with compliance and due diligence while applying thoughtful, precise processes.

You will design automation for day-to-day ops using AI tools like Claude and other LLMs, improve investor and regulatory readiness, and help scale the business as it grows.

Qualifications

• Experience building or using automation to streamline workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with compliance and due-diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage company document lifecycle, track obligations and deadlines.
• Lead production for due diligence, audits, and investor requests.
