Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own CLM, e-billing, matter, and document management systems.
• Oversee corporate compliance and entity management.
• Coordinate outside counsel management and invoice routing.
• Build reporting for legal spend, matter status, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve legal workflow.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and training materials for the team.
