Job summary

ABS Kids in Orem, UT is seeking an Operations Manager to keep our center running smoothly and support our clinical teams. You will lead BTs and admin staff, manage scheduling, inventory, facilities, and budgets, partner with HR for training, and report to the Director of ABA Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an operations/managerial role within a service environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with professional communication.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and experience coordinating remote teams.

• Lead and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and administrative staff.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, inventory, facilities, and workflows.
