Job summary

ABS Kids in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to keep our center running smoothly and support clinical teams. You will lead Behavior Technicians and admin staff, manage scheduling, inventory, facilities, budgets, and KPIs, and partner with HR on training and staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations/management experience.
• HIPAA knowledge.
• Experience with remote teams.
• Understanding of ABA therapy (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team.
• Manage daily operations—scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more.

What You'll Do

You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of experience
• Can organize documents, effectively communicate, and find solutions to issues in a professional manner
• Know (or are will learn) about ABA therapy
• Have HIPAA knowledge and remote team experience
