Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking an ABA Clinic Operations Manager to lead the Provo clinic's daily operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on scheduling, front desk management, staff coordination, and the business side of a growing pediatric ABA practice.

The role partners with the Clinical Director and CEO, enabling clinicians to focus on care while you drive operational excellence and client success. Prior ABA or pediatric healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in ABA therapy or pediatric healthcare.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication with families and clinical staff.
• Proficiency with scheduling, EMR systems, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day scheduling for clients and staff and minimize cancellations.
• Run front desk operations and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
• Support onboarding, credentialing, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping.
• Assist with business development, events, and community outreach.
