Job summary

ABS Kids in Orem, UT is seeking an Operations Manager to keep our center running smoothly and support our clinical teams. You will lead BTs and admin staff, manage scheduling, inventory, facilities, and budgets, partner with HR for training, and report to the Director of ABA Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an operations/managerial role within a service environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with professional communication.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and experience coordinating remote teams.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.

• Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team
• Manage daily operations-scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
• Partner with HR for training and staff development
• Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
• Plan community events and team culture initiatives
• Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
• Report to the Director of ABA Services

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of experience
• Can organize documents, effectively communicate, and find solutions to issues in a professional manner
• Know (or are will learn) about ABA therapy
• Have HIPAA knowledge and remote team experience
