Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking an Operations Manager for its Middlesex center. This role is an integral part of delivering therapeutic services to children with autism, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, recruitment, customer service, reporting and administrative tasks in support of the center's operations.

The Operations Manager will maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery, help create and manage the master schedule, staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day center operations including staff and services management.
• Recruitment and scheduling.
• Customer service, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a master schedule and staffing per insurer budgets.
• Liaise between administrative and clinical staff; handle case assignment and staff availability.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
