You will manage 25–50 professionals across teams, track KPIs, supervise budgets, and champion a culture of safety and service. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning and a commitment to delivering transformative ABA outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, but extensive management experience valued.
• High emotional intelligence essential when working with children and families.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with leaders and teammates.
• Impact-driven mindset and proactive problem solving in high-stakes settings.

Responsibilities
