Job Description

Position Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ridgway, CO

Salary: $70,000-$95,000 Per Year

Bonus: Annual

Experience Required: Candidates must have experience with General Tree Care

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the proficiency and profitability of the branch.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce SavATree's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development, including safety training.
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics: scheduling, equipment coordination, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and financial reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Desire to grow, problem-solve, and improve processes.
  • Minimum of two years management experience.
  • Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Enthusiastic leader and mentor.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
  • Work autonomously with responsibility and independence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
