Job description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and net contribution objectives, responding to requests, and resolving complaints from store employees and customers. You will report to the Zone Operations Manager and supervise PPG Store Managers in the Cincinnati Area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Direct store operations in the assigned region.
  2. Ensure the implementation of approved plans, standards, and policies to achieve or exceed sales and revenue objectives cost-effectively.
  3. Work closely with sales and operations team members to optimize results through excellent customer service strategies.
  4. Provide feedback to the Zone Operations Manager for developing regional strategies and long-term action plans.
  5. Implement marketing programs across the regional store network to foster dynamic and profitable growth.
  6. Monitor store personnel activities to prevent workplace injuries, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper training.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of retail management experience.
  2. Experience managing retail or wholesale stores professionally.
  3. Willingness to travel regularly between stores; valid driver's license required. Availability for weekends and evenings as needed.
