Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC) in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations in a high-volume distribution center. You will lead warehouse personnel, manage inventory and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is second or third shift with multiple shifts per week, requiring a strong communication, analytical skillset, and a results-driven mindset with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse personnel, including supervisors, clerical staff, labor teams, and drivers.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure efficient material movement throughout the facility.
• Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and company policies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through daily communication and service excellence.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to productivity, quality, safety, staffing, maintenance, and operational discrepancies.
• Support additional operational initiatives and projects as assigned by the GM or customer.

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a rapidly growing Top 50 Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team at our Memphis, TN facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations within a high-volume distribution center, ensuring efficient material flow, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

*This role is a second or third shift position, typically requiring 5-6 shifts per week
