Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Houston seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the store's daily operations, ensure inventory integrity, handle bookkeeping and vendor relations, and uphold brand standards. You will act as Manager on Duty as needed and coordinate with the Boutique Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail experience, preferably in luxury markets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and inventory/database software.
• Experience with POS/Cegid Y2 systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store appearance and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage all deliveries and incoming/outgoing merchandise: shipments, transfers, consignments, RTVs, and vendor interactions.
• Maintain supply inventories, receiving files, back stock organization, and proper ticketing/logging of merchandise.
• Control store operational expenses, review and code bills, and work with Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Support loss prevention, inventory management, cycle counts, and meet shrink and inventory accuracy targets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS and inventory systems (Cegid Y2), and serve as onsite IT/phone support.
• Coordinate store maintenance projects and liaise with corporate, other stores, and local center associations.
• Provide direction and support to store staff and ensure brand image and appearance standards are upheld.

This role provides onsite systems support, manages deliveries and vendors, and partners with the Boutique Director while acting as Manager on Duty when required.
