Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to support the Boutique Operations Manager in delivering a seamless client experience. You will be the subject-matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools and lead operational projects to improve efficiency.

This role requires in-store presence to coach teams, manage workflows, and uphold boutique standards with flexibility for late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in retail operations or boutique management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.
• Foreign language skills preferred; passion for elevated client experiences.

The position requires in‑store presence to coach teams, manage workflows, and uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational functions including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, and security.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, compliance, and expense management to support boutique performance.
• Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute initiatives that increase operational efficiency.
• Lead and coach operationally aligned staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as the boutique expert on SOPs, systems, and tools, acting as a resource for the broader team.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and lead projects to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail operations or boutique management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Proven experience coaching teams and upholding visual and operational standards in a retail environment.
• Foreign language skills preferred; passion for delivering elevated client experiences.
